But define as you will, meditation is not something to be described, it has to be experienced.

Do not see meditation as something occult or strange for it is simply utilization of your own mind, body and consciousness, as well as something that we would naturally incorporate into our every day lives… If we weren’t constantly pressured and stressed by day to day life.

Meditation has helped me (and many around me) in all aspects of my life. Physically, my health is well due to the gains given by regular meditation. Spiritual, I have a greater sense of knowing and connection with those spiritual influences I hold close to myself, as well as a deeper understanding of who I actually am. Intellectually, I can focus my thoughts easier and comprehend more due to meditation. I could carry on, but the proof is there waiting for you.
